Student Implementation Classes
Student implementation classes were conducted from 20/01/25 to 31/03/25 for the course Inventory Control and Optimization, comprising 18 interventions.
The course focused on building strong fundamentals in inventory management, covering topics such as types of inventory, demand forecasting, stock classification (ABC, VED, FSN analysis), EOQ, reorder level planning, safety stock management, warehouse operations, inventory valuation methods, and cost optimization techniques. The sessions emphasized practical applications, case studies, and real-time scenarios, enabling students to understand effective inventory planning, control, and optimization practices used in industry.
